GENERAL ENROLLMENT CONDITIONS


1 - FILLING OUT DETAILS AND REGISTRATION

1.1. The registration fields must be filled in containing the attendee’s full details.
1.2. The enrollments made are personal and non-transferable.
1.3. Enrollments in the “Student”, “Master's Candidate”, “Doctoral Candidate or “Researcher” categories are subject to the sending of documentation issued by an Education Institution (with recent data) stating the connection informed to the address eventos@ibp.org.br.
1.4. Enrollments in the “Associate” category are subject to the submission of employment identification, in order to retrieve the credential at the Event.
1.5. Attendees who will present papers at the Event must choose the “Paper Author” enrollment.
1.6. Failure to submit the documents required at the moment of enrollment will be charged an additional amount, equivalent to difference in the enrollment fee for the equivalent category.

2 - PAYMENT METHODS

2.1. The following payment methods will be accepted:
a) Credit Card
For payments made by credit card, in case of denial of the transaction by the Card Operator, the enrollment will be canceled. The enrollment aforementioned will be informed to the attendee within three (03) business days, sent to the electronic address informed.

3 - REPLACEMENTS

3.1. The replacement of enrolled attendees may be performed within two (02) business days before the Event. Replacement requests must be sent to the Event’s Office by the person in charge of the enrollment, by e-mail, stating the full details of attendee being replaced and his/her replacement.
3.2. The replacing attendee is subject to the conditions of the enrollment he/she is replacing.

4 - CANCELLATION

4.1. Enrollments canceled up to forty (40) days before the Event shall result in the full refunding of the amount paid, at no cost to the attendee.
4.2. Enrollments canceled up to twenty (20) days in advance of the event will result in a refund of 70% of the enrollment fee. 30% of the amount paid will be retained to cover administrative fees and taxes collected.
4.3. Cancellation requests must be communicated by e-mail informed 48 hours before the beginning of the Event.
4.4. Absence of the attendee and/or his/her failure to follow the replacement and cancellation procedures described above will not result in a refund of any amount paid.

5 - PROGRAM

5.1. The IBP is not responsible for changes to the Event’s program.
